MVRC is proud to be able to offer free school supplies through our Operation Tools For School program.  Once again we will be helping at-risk veterans, reserve/guard members and their families make a positive start to the school year. How we do it All parents need to do is provide proof of military service and birth certificates/custody papers for each dependent child under the age of 18 to receive free school supplies at all four of our centers.
