Stress Recognition and Management Workshop

Stress can sneak up in unexpected ways. This presentation and discussion will equip you with knowledge and tools to recognize sources of stress, look for things that contribute to your stress, explore ways to manage stress, and start making plans to reduce your future stressors.
- Be introduced to stress measurements and explore different ways stress affects them.
- Become aware of the warning signs of stress and different
ways it shows up in our lives.
- Discuss how some of our choices can contribute to our stress.
- Participate in stress reducing activities during the presentation.
